AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates in professional cleaning and washing, equipment manufacturing, electrical equipment, environmental consulting, and related import-export activities. It reports customization from designs and samples, annual sewer-cleaning-machine productivity of 30,000 pieces, one assembly line, and a 15-workday average lead time in both peak and off-season periods. Quality assurance and raw-material traceability are stated, but corrective-action, complaint-handling, supplier-assessment, and outsourcing procedures lack written records. The supplier has no stated management-system certifications, no inventory, overseas warehouse, or showroom capability, and no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors. Financial figures are excluded from this assessment; the provided financial records state zero values, while another slice reports an annual production-output range, creating an inconsistency requiring verification.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as not being a professional technical supplier. Its stated activities include professional cleaning and washing, equipment and household-appliance manufacturing, pump and electrical-equipment sales, environmental consulting, and import-export-related services.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has no written procedures or records for corrective and preventive actions, customer complaint handling, or service-capability assessment. It also reports no inventory, overseas warehouse, or overseas showroom capability, although the average stated lead time is within 15 workdays.

R&D capabilityThe supplier is explicitly described as not having professional R&D capability and not providing 3D software design services. Two R&D engineers are reported, but this limited staffing does not demonstrate strong innovation capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly reports full customization, minor customization, flexible customization, and customization from samples and designs. This directly supports broad customization capability despite the absence of 3D software design services.
