We produce 27 wire types, UL-certified FFC cables, automotive wire harnesses, medical cables, energy storage cables, drone wires, LVDS cables, plastic parts, MCIO cable, and PCIE 5.0/6.0 for AI servers. Our products are used in office, food, smart home, mechanical, safety, gas, automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial equipment. Serving clients in 50+ countries, including US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia, we partner with HP, Canon, Amazon, Nokia, Lexmark, Xerox, and more.

Q:What is your production automation level, and what production equipment do you have?

We have 25 vertical and 15 horizontal molding machines with full automation for FFC, automotive harnesses, and wiring cables. All products undergo AI, infrared, and 100% electrical testing. We continuously invest in automation, now with 20 machines for wire harness production. Our goal is an 80%+ automation rate by 2028, creating an efficient smart factory.

Q:What are the lead times for samples and mass production? Is there a minimum order quantity?

Sample LT is 2-4 weeks, depending on raw material LT. Mass production LT is 5-16 weeks, varying with raw material LT. Using JST, Molex, TE, etc., results in longer LT; local brands like JCTC and CJT shorten LT. MOQ is based on customer needs, usually at least 500 pcs. We support small trial runs in development; all details are negotiable.
