Q:What is the warranty period and spare parts policy?

Equipment is guaranteed for 12 months (excluding fast-wearing parts). We provide necessary spare parts and offer lifetime spare parts at the lowest cost.
Q:How long does it take to ship the goods after deposit payment?
A:
If in stock, shipment takes 3 to 5 days. If out of stock, it takes 15-20 days, depending on the number of devices.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit in advance. The remaining 70% balance is paid before delivery. Finished product pictures are provided before shipping.
Q:Can you provide a list of existing users for reference?
A:
Due to confidentiality agreements with our users, we cannot provide a user list. However, you can test your own minerals with us to verify feasibility.
Q:Does assembling the machine require professional skills?
A:
Two workers can learn to assemble the equipment in about 2 hours. A complete set can typically be assembled in 8 hours. We also provide demonstration videos or on-site guidance.
