Q:How long is the warranty period of your equipment?
A:
Our equipment is guaranteed for 12 months (except for fast-wearing parts), and we provide customers with necessary spare parts. We also provide spare parts for life at the lowest cost.
Q:What is the lead time for shipping?
A:
If in stock, it will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. If out of stock, it will be shipped in 15-20 days. The specific time depends on the number of devices.
Q:Can you provide free beneficiation tests?
A:
Yes, we first do some exploratory beneficiation tests with the customer's ore samples to prove whether it is feasible to use our equipment.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T. Customers need to pay a deposit of 30% in advance. Before delivery, the customer has to pay the balance (70% of the order price).
Q:How long does assembly take?
A:
Two workers can basically learn to assemble in 2 hours and can basically assemble a set of equipment in 8 hours. We can provide demonstration videos or on-site guidance.
