Yes, we first do some exploratory beneficiation tests with the customer's ore samples, and use the test data to prove whether it is feasible to use our equipment.

Does the operation of splicing and assembling the whole machine require professionals?

We can provide a demonstration video of the actual assembly process of the U disk, or send someone to guide the assembly on the spot. Two workers can basically learn to assemble in 2 hours, and can basically assemble a set of equipment in 8 hours.

Our equipment is guaranteed for 12 months (except for fast-wearing parts), and we provide customers with necessary spare parts. Of course, we will provide customers with spare parts for life at the lowest cost.

Normally, if it is in stock, it will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Out of stock, it will be shipped in 15-20 days. The specific time depends on the number of devices.
