We fully support OEM & ODM customization services, including logo printing, color customization, size adjustment, material modification and packaging design. You only need to provide us with design drawings or detailed customization requirements, and our professional team will confirm the plan with you and arrange production.

We generally charge a sample fee, which will be fully refunded to you when you place a formal bulk order. Conventional samples can be prepared within 3-10 working days after we receive the sample fee, and customized samples will take 10-25 working days. The sample freight is usually borne by the buyer.

We can arrange expedited production service for urgent orders, which can shorten the production cycle by about 5-7 days normally. If you need expedited service, please inform us in advance, and we will adjust the production schedule, but a small amount of expedited production fee may be charged.

The freight is affected by factors such as product weight, volume, destination port, transportation mode (sea freight/air freight/express) and international logistics market price. Please tell us the destination and transportation mode you need, and we will check the most accurate freight quotation with the freight forwarder immediately.
