AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a combined company engaged in producing and selling metal products, awnings, tents, metal doors and windows, building accessories, decoration materials, furniture, lighting, and household products. It demonstrates broad customization and ODM/OEM capabilities, reports new products within the past year, and has four production lines with documented finished-product inspection procedures. Export activity is substantial, with 90% of sales reportedly from exports and ten years of export experience. Service capabilities include complaint handling with procedures and records, quality assurance, and overseas technical services in the USA, UK, and Australia. However, the supplier has no SDK, overseas warehouse, showroom, overseas agent, or branch. The evidence does not establish formal certifications or specific customer case details.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined company and operates in the production and sales of metal products, awnings, tents, doors and windows, building materials, furniture, lighting, and household goods. It also provides OEM services for known brands, indicating both manufacturing and branded-business support.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a clear customer-complaint procedure with follow-up records and offers debugging, maintenance, repair, training, and equipment installation services in the USA, UK, and Australia. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, which may limit local service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, provides ODM services, and describes a focus on aluminium craftsmanship, innovation, and technology integration. Its R&D capability does not include an available SDK, so innovation is evidenced mainly through product development and design services rather than software-development support.

Production capacityThe supplier operates four production lines, reports aluminium-product output of 50,000 square meters, and has documented instructions that are uniformly followed for finished-product inspection. It also reports peak-season lead times of one month and off-season lead times within 15 working days, supporting an established production and fulfillment capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports flexible customization, minor customization, full customization, customization from designs, and customization from samples. It also provides ODM services, demonstrating broad product-design and adaptation capability.
