This helps reduce sourcing time, coordination and shipping costs. We can also supply other outdoor shading products, including retractable PVC roofs, full-cassette awnings and parasols, for a more complete outdoor living solution.

If you want to check the pergola quality, structure, finish and functions in person, contact us online to book a showroom visit. Every pergola order goes through three stages of quality control before shipment. Pre-production checks cover raw materials, including surface defects, scratches and deformation. During production, we verify drilling, cutting and key dimensions. After production, the pergola is trial assembled to check fit, drawing dimensions and operation. We also provide a trial-assembly inspection report before shipment for added quality assurance.

After the deposit is received and the final drawings are approved, custom pergola production normally takes about 25-30 days. International delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method, and is generally expected to be 40-50 days. For non-remote areas in the United States, delivery is typically estimated at about 35-45 days. All delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, logistics or local conditions.
