We adopt an ISO 9001 quality system. We have Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Production Quality Control (PQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) departments to ensure no defective batteries leave the factory.

Is the capacity based on 10HR or 20HR?

For 4AH to 17AH batteries, it is 20HR. For 24AH to 250AH batteries, it is 10HR.

Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?

Battery capacity in Ahs is dynamic and depends on discharge current. A lower discharge current (like the 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more Ahs than a higher current (like the 2-hr rate).

What is the warranty time for VRLA batteries?

It depends on battery capacity, depth of discharge, and usage. Please contact us for accurate information based on detailed requirements.

Can I fast charge my battery?

Fast charging is not recommended as it is harmful for the battery.

Can I do a partial replacement of my batteries?

Partial battery replacement of lead acid battery banks is not recommended.

If the battery is damaged, how will you solve the problem?

If there is a problem, we will gather all pictures and analyze the usage condition to find the cause. If it is a production problem, we will replace it with a new one in the next shipment.
