For 4AH to 17AH batteries, it is 20HR; for 24AH to 250AH batteries, it is 10HR.

What is the warranty time for VRLA batteries?

It depends on battery capacity, depth of discharge, and usage. Please contact us for accurate information based on detailed requirements.

Can I fast charge my battery?

Fast charging is not recommended as it is harmful to the battery.

Can I do a partial replacement of my batteries?

Partial battery replacement of lead acid battery banks is not recommended.

If the battery is damaged, how will you solve the problem?

We will gather pictures and analyze the usage conditions to identify the cause. If it is a production problem, we will replace it with a new one in the next shipment.
