Is the capacity based on 10HR or 20HR rate?

For 4AH to 17AH batteries, it is 20HR; for 24AH to 250AH batteries, it is 10HR.

Why does battery capacity vary at different hour rates?

Capacity is dynamic and depends on discharge current. Lower discharge currents (like 20HR rate) allow the battery to deliver more Amp-hours than higher currents (like 2HR rate).

What is the warranty time for VRLA batteries?

It depends on battery capacity, depth of discharge, and usage. Please contact us for accurate information based on detailed requirements.

Can I fast charge my battery?

Fast charging is not recommended as it is harmful to the battery.

Can I do a partial replacement of my batteries?

Partial battery replacement of lead acid battery banks is not recommended.

How will you solve battery damage problems?

We gather pictures and analyze usage conditions to identify the cause. If it is a production problem, we will replace the new one in the next shipment.
