Is the capacity based on 10HR or 20HR rate?

For 4AH to 17AH batteries, the rate is 20HR. For 24AH to 250AH batteries, the rate is 10HR.

Why does battery capacity vary at different hour rates?

Capacity depends on discharge current. Lower discharge currents (like 20HR rate) allow the battery to deliver more Amp-hours than higher currents (like 2HR rate).

What is the warranty time for VRLA batteries?

Warranty depends on battery capacity, depth of discharge, and usage. Please contact us for accurate information based on your specific requirements.

Can I fast charge my battery?

Fast charging is not recommended as it is harmful to the battery.

Can I do a partial replacement of my batteries?

Partial battery replacement for lead acid battery banks is not recommended.

How do you handle battery damage issues?

We gather photos and usage conditions to identify the cause. If it is a production problem, we will replace the unit in the next shipment.
