Q:How can we place an order?

After agreeing on surface finish and price, we issue a proforma invoice. Upon receiving the deposit, we make PPS samples for confirmation. After approval, mass production begins, taking 25-35 days. Balance payment is arranged before shipment.

Q:Do you accept OEM orders?

Yes, we gladly accept OEM and ODM orders. We can produce according to your original sample, picture, or artwork, and assist with private design and packaging.

Q:What are the payment terms?

We require a 30% deposit in advance by T/T, with the remaining 70% paid when goods are ready. Small amounts can also be paid via PayPal. Please confirm all details before payment.

Q:How is shipping handled?

Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, FedEx, etc.) in 3-7 days. Large quantities are shipped by ocean transport (approx. one month) or air freight for urgent needs. Customers can use their own forwarder or ours.

Q:How can I get a sample?
