After agreeing on surface finish and price, we issue a proforma invoice. Upon receiving the deposit, we create PPS samples for confirmation. After approval, mass production starts, taking 25-35 days. Once ready, we prepare a QC report, and you arrange balance payment before shipping.

Q:What are your payment terms?

30% deposit in advance by T/T, with the remaining 70% paid when goods are ready. Small amounts can be paid via PayPal. Please confirm all details before making payment.

Q:How about the shipping options?

Small orders are sent via International Express (FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS) taking 3-7 working days. Large quantities use ocean transportation (approx. one month). Urgent orders can use air freight, though it is more expensive.

Q:How can I get a sample?

Samples without a customized logo are free if you accept freight collected. For samples with a customized logo, labor and ink costs apply, plus freight charges on your account.
