Q:What quality grades do your hoses come in?
A:
We divide our products into three quality grades: Premium & Mid-range: Manufactured in full compliance with industry standards, with exceptional build quality. If any manufacturing defect occurs, we will provide compensation. Economy grade: Offered at a very attractive price point, but with lower overall quality and durability compared to our higher-tier products.
Q:Do you provide samples?
A:
Yes, we can provide samples. Sample cost and shipping fee are typically borne by the buyer; sample fees can be refunded or deducted from your first bulk order.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and PayPal (for sample orders only). For bulk orders, the standard terms are 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% paid in full before container loading.
