SummaryHans Intelligent Furniture (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and operates in furniture-related sales, services, design, installation, and maintenance. It reports a 258.0 m² manufacturing plant, cooperation with over 30 high-quality factories, in-stock capacity, quality assurance, production capacity reserves, and a stated quality-control system. The supplier supports multiple customization methods but does not provide 3D software design services and is not identified as a professional technical supplier. Service-management documentation is weak: no written procedures or records were reported for service assessment, approved-supplier lists, corrective and preventive actions, or complaint handling. It has no overseas warehouse or showroom, and manufacturing-capacity contract status is unknown. Supplier typeThe supplier is a diversified furniture service enterprise covering R&D, sales, after-sales services, furniture installation and maintenance, professional design, and broad furniture-related product and service activities. It also describes itself as a comprehensive furniture solution provider serving retailers, wholesalers, brand owners, and project customers.

R&D capabilityThe supplier describes R&D as part of its business, identifies innovation as a core concept, and reports a team covering core technology R&D. However, it is explicitly not classified as a professional technical supplier and does not provide 3D software design services, so the evidence supports furniture-related design and R&D rather than advanced technical innovation.

Production capacityThe supplier reports a 258.0 m² manufacturing plant, cooperation with more than 30 high-quality factories, production capacity reserves, efficient order delivery, high output, quality assurance, and in-stock capability. Nevertheless, manufacturing-capacity contract status is unknown, and formal service-management documentation is incomplete.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, flexible customization, and minor customization. This indicates broad product customization coverage, although 3D software design services are not available.
