Q:How to install the staircase and the railing? Do you send an installer team?

Shop drawings are provided before production. Our engineer team assembles the staircase before shipment, taking photos and videos to guide installation. Engineers can also assist on-site if needed.

Q:Are you a factory or trading company? What is the MOQ?

We are the manufacturer of staircases and glass railings. There is no MOQ. You can inspect our factory, which is one hour from Guangzhou airport and the Canton Fair in Pazhou.

Q:What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for the staircase is 25-45 days, and for the railing is 15-20 days, after the deposit is received and shop drawings are confirmed.

Q:What is the warranty? How can I solve issues if goods are damaged upon receipt?
