Q:I have not imported anything so far. How can I trust you and order from you?

Anewson is a Gold Supplier with good cooperation built over many projects involving 500 customers including builders, designers, developers, and homeowners. Projects and export files can be shown if needed.

Q:How to install the staircase and the railing? Any installer and engineer team come to install them on site?

Shop drawings are provided before production. Our engineer team assembles the staircase before shipment, taking photos and videos to guide installation. The team can also assist on-site if needed.

Q:Are you a factory or trading company? What is MOQ?

We are the manufacturer of staircase and glass railing. There is no MOQ. You are welcome to inspect our factory, which is one hour from Guangzhou airport and the Canton Fair in Pazhou.

Q:What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for the staircase is 25-45 days and for the railing is 15-20 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are confirmed.

Q:What is the warranty? If the goods are damaged how can I solve when receive them?

The warranty is 10 years for non-human damage. Any damaged parts can be repaired or replaced with new ones. Glass is packaged in plywood, and treads and fittings in pearl cotton and cartons. Anewson will replace damaged items for free.
