The main stainless steel posts and handrails enjoy a 10-year anti-rust and anti-corrosion warranty. The tempered glass comes with a 10-year warranty against breakage under normal use. All supporting hardware (clamps and base plates) comes with a 10-year warranty. Free replacement parts will be offered if quality issues occur under normal installation and use.

Q:How do you pack the products to avoid damage during sea shipping?

Stainless steel posts and handrails are wrapped with anti-scratch PVC film. Glass panels are carefully packed in thick plywood crates with EPE foam and waterproof paper for buffer. Clamps and hardware are packed in separate small cartons. All finished railings are fixed on export steel pallets, attached with shipping marks, and fastened tightly with plastic straps to prevent collision damage on long-distance transport.

Q:Do you provide installation guidance and technical support?

Absolutely. We supply free paper installation manuals, step-by-step assembly videos, and CAD drawings for post layout and glass sizes. Our engineers provide 24-hour online technical consultation to solve measurement, glass spacing (max 1200mm), and installation problems.
