Q:How to install the staircase and the railing? Any installer and engineer team come to install them on site?

The shop drawings are provided with you before the production. Before the shipment our engineer team will assemble the staircase.then take the photos, video and mark them, The assembling pictures and the video can tell you how to install them. Anewson engineer team can assist the installation on site if need.
Q:Are you a factory or trading company? What is MOQ?
A:
We are the manufacturer of staircase and glass railing. No MOQ. Welcome to inspect our factory. lt takes you one hour come here from Guangzhou airport and The Cation Fair in Pazhou.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
The delivery time of the staircase is 25-45 days and railing is 15-20 days after the deposit received and shop drawing confirming.
Q:What is the waranty? lf the goods are damaged how can l solve when receive them?
A:
The warranty is 5 years if non-human damage, any of the damaged can be repaired and replace the new one.The glass are packaged by the plywood in a safety situation. The treads and the stainless steel fitings are packaged by the pearl cotton and carton. lf they are damaged,Anewson will replace with them free.
