Q:What are your main steel stringer sizes for square tube stairs?

We offer both Single and Double stringer structures. Single stringer: 150*150*6/8/10mm, 200*100*6/8/10mm, 200*150*6/8/10mm. Double stringer: 100*100*6*2PCS, 120*120*6/8mm*2pc, 150*150*6/8mm*2pc.

Q:What tread material options do you provide?

We offer 4 options: 1. Solid wood (30/40/50mm). 2. Laminated glass (12+1.52+12mm). 3. 5mm Carbon steel checkered treads. 4. Natural stone/marble treads. All thicknesses and materials can be customized.

Q:What surface finishes can you offer?

For the steel stringers, we provide powder coating (for carbon steel) or brushed finish (for stainless steel). For the wooden treads, we offer natural paints or stained finishes per your design.

Q:How do you pack the staircases for sea shipment?

Parts are packed separately with EPE foam and corner protectors inside fumigation-free plywood crates or wooden frames. These packages are suitable for both FCL and LCL shipping.

Q:Can the stairs be fully customized?

Yes. We offer complete customization on stringer types, tread dimensions/woods, railing styles, and frame colors. Crucial Note: The tread support plates MUST be min. 8mm thickness. We strictly do NOT use tube supports for the square steel stringers.
