Q:What's the main board material of your lacquered cabinet? Is it eco-friendly?
A:
We use 18mm E0 grade MDF as standard, plywood is optional for high humidity coastal areas. All boards pass CARB P2 & EU E1 standard, low VOC water-based baking lacquer, no formaldehyde overflow.
Q:Will white lacquer turn yellow after several years?
A:
Our lacquer adds UV anti-yellowing agent, multi-layer dust-free baking process. Normally it won't yellow within 10 years under normal indoor kitchen environment.
Q:Is the lacquer surface scratch & stain resistant? Hard to clean oil?
A:
Cured hard lacquer coating, scratch-resistant, acid & oil resistant. Coffee, sauce, oil stains can be wiped directly with wet cloth; matte lacquer version is fingerprint-free.
Q:How many lacquer layers do you spray on cabinet doors?
A:
Standard 5 layers (primer + sanding + top coat + UV clear coat), auto dust-free workshop production, no orange peel or tiny particles on surface.
Q:Can I customize size, color and door style? Do you support ODM/OEM?
A:
Full customization available. We can match any color per your color card; flat slab, shaker, curved lacquer doors are all supported. OEM & ODM are welcome.
