First, tell us what machine you use the engine for, the rated power, and speed needed. We will select the suitable model. If replacing an old Deutz engine, provide a clear nameplate photo for configuration matching.
Q:How long is the delivery time?
A:
For complete engines and power units, delivery takes 15-30 days as production is arranged per order. For spare parts, the general delivery time is 5-15 days.
Q:How to arrange delivery?
A:
Due to large volume and weight, we generally recommend shipping to your nearest port to save costs. For small items or urgent orders, air shipment to your city or company address is available.
Q:How about warranty?
A:
We provide warranty on all products. Complete engines and power units have a 1-year or 1200-hour warranty (whichever comes first). Spare parts have a 3-6 month warranty. Free parts are provided for quality issues during the period.
