While the motor supports 2S to 6S, optimal performance is achieved with 5S or 6S LiPo batteries. On 6S, it delivers the full 1480W maximum power and 40A peak current, providing explosive thrust for aggressive maneuvers and heavy payloads. For beginners or casual flying, lower cell counts offer smoother and more manageable power delivery.

The motor is specifically optimized for the CF9x4.7 propeller, which provides an excellent balance of thrust and efficiency. Other 9-inch propellers with similar pitch may also be compatible.
