Yes, when a program update is available, we will inform our customers about the programming update.

What are the consume parts of your equipment and are they free?

The machine has almost no consume parts. The main items are the slitting knife and slitting comb. We provide some consume parts for BM2508-Plus and BM3000 for free.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

Aopack is a professional manufacturing and trading combo in China with our own R&D team and factory.

Where is your factory located and how can I visit?

Our factory is in Qingdao City, Shandong, China. Customers can fly to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, and we will pick them up.

What are your payment terms?

50% deposit by T/T before production and 50% balance by T/T after passing inspection before delivery.
