Our machine has almost no consume parts. The main items are the slitting knife and slitting comb. We can provide some consume parts for BM2508-Plus and BM3000 for free.

What is your payment term?

Pay 50% deposit by T/T before production. Pay 50% balance by T/T after passing the inspection of goods, before delivery.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 25 days after receiving the deposit.

Can you provide overseas technical support?

Overseas technical support is mainly carried out online with full manuals, instructions, and guide videos. Our English-speaking engineer team provides online assistance and training. Worldwide on-site installation service is also available if conditions permit.

Is there any warranty and after-sales service?

Yes, a 12-month warranty is provided since the customer receives the machine and starts using it. Lifetime maintenance and remote technical assistance are also available.
