Automated Spray Mold Release Agent for Aluminum Die Casting Line

Our release agents are eco-friendly and water-based, perfectly suited for aluminum high-pressure die casting and low-pressure casting processes. They are widely applied in the mass production of automotive aluminum parts, hardware castings, communication shell components, power tool aluminum parts and aluminum profiles.

We provide three product series to cater to diverse production needs. The Economy Series offers cost-effective performance for regular castings. The High-precision Series creates a uniform coating film with no carbon deposit or mold adhesion, ideal for thin-wall and high-precision castings. The High-temperature Modified Series is designed for large, heavy castings and high mold temperature working conditions.

The water-based release agent is smokeless, odorless, low-residue and eco-friendly. It fits most post-processing procedures and is our top-selling export product. The oil-based type features superior lubricity and high-temperature resistance for heavy castings, with minor smoke emission. The silicone type delivers excellent release performance but cannot be used for spraying, electroplating and oxidation due to weak adhesion.

Our silicone-free release agent formulas do not affect secondary processes such as spraying, electrophoresis, anodizing and electroplating. Featuring an ultra-thin film and low residue, it prevents paint peeling and surface blooming issues. By contrast, silicone-containing release agents are only applicable for parts that require no secondary processing.

The recommended dilution ratio is 1:400 to 1:450 with water, based on casting type and mold temperature. This high dilution ratio makes it suitable for automated spraying systems, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
