Q:How can I get some samples?

Samples are free for you, but new clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for formal order. You can also arrange a RPI service via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc., or inform us your DHL collection account.

Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is priority. All raw materials used are environmental-friendly. Skillful workers care about every detail in handling the producing and packing process. The Quality Control Department is specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
