Q:How can I get some samples?

Samples are free for you, but new clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for formal order. You can arrange RPI service via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc., or inform us your DHL collection account to pay freight directly to your local carrier.

Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
