Q:How can I get some samples?

Samples are free for you, but new clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for formal order. You can arrange RPI service via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. or provide your DHL collection account.

Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is priority. We use environmental-friendly raw materials, skilled workers handle every detail, and a Quality Control Department is specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
