Q:How can I get samples?

Samples are free for you, but new clients are expected to pay for the courier cost. This charge will be deducted from the payment for the formal order. You can arrange RPI service via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc., or provide your DHL collection account to pay freight directly to your local carrier.

Q:How does your factory handle quality control?

Quality is priority. We use environmental-friendly raw materials, skillful workers handle every detail, and a Quality Control Department is specially responsible for checking each process. Finished products undergo 100% inspection.
