Electric Temperature Control Induction Furnace for Melting Iron Scrap

The furnace can be customized to be a common column type design or an open furnace design. The open design eliminates redundant coil columns for easier maintenance and allows for future capacity upgrades without investing in a new system.

The rodless coil uses a horizontal winding process to wind the active and water-cooled coils from the same oxygen-free copper tube without segmentation. This ensures tight, consistent turn gaps for maximum electrical efficiency, along with porcelain insulation and high voltage protection.

Except for two yokes connected by water-cooled cables, the rest do not require water cooling. This design reduces the number of water pipes by half compared to conventional yokes, significantly lowering the risk of water leakage failures and reducing maintenance costs.

With the advanced optical fiber control system, the system takes less than 0.2 seconds to go from start-up to full power output, which is faster than peer systems.

Core components like thyristors and capacitors are equipped with spare modules. If a device is damaged, backup modules can be quickly activated to continue production without repair. Damaged parts can be removed or disconnected for repair without affecting equipment operation.
