What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 200PCS per item per finish, for the first trial order or some regular products, the quantity can be 50 pcs. Meanwhile, we stock some products in USA, you can also directly buy from us for small quantity if we have stocks overseas.

Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?

Accepted Answer

Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.

What certificate do you have?

We have CUPC, Watersense and CEC (California standard) certificates for North American market, WRAS certificate for UK, and CE certificate for European market.

What to do if not satisfied with the quality?

Quality is our first priority for running our business. We strictly control product quality, and strictly follow up ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case you find out any defective products, pls kindly let us know and provide the relevant pictures/vedio for reference, we will compensate for you and find out the root reason to eliminate the defective factor ultimately.

We have warehouse in USA and stock some of our products there, you can reach our sales person to check what you can buy from us directly, and our warehouse staff can handle the transportation to your warehouse directly.
