Q:How long is the life time of the ESL battery?

Normally is 5 years, we use the normal type battery in the market, when it out of battery, you can buy the battery in your local continue to use ESL.

Q:How to update the price with ERP system? Does it support Spanish?

We have 2 ways to achieve it,ESL interface and software fully support Spanish characters. Way 1: We provide standard API interface, ERP vendors will push the data to our cloud price tag system through the API interface. Way 2: ERP vendors provide API interface documentation, we carry out interface development.

Q:How to connect the price tag with the base station?

The communication between the price tag and the base station is not through WIFI, it is the private protocol of 2.4G, it needs extra router or switch for the price tag base station to connect to the cloud platform.

Q:What are the customized options, such as adding a company logo or changing the color?

The ESL is reserved for labeling and we can provide electronic price tags without any company logo, which can be affixed with your company logo. In terms of colour we currently offer ESL in a white casing, other colour can be customized but there is a minimum order quantity.
