We have three colors: black, red, white. Some models have four colors: black, red, white, yellow.

Q:How long is the life time of the ESL battery?

Normally 5 years. We use standard market batteries; you can buy replacements locally when needed.

Q:How to update the price with ERP system? Does it support Spanish?

We offer two ways: 1) Standard API interface for ERP vendors to push data. 2) We develop interfaces based on vendor documentation. Software fully supports Spanish characters.

Q:How to connect the price tag with the base station?

Communication uses a private 2.4G protocol, not WIFI. An extra router or switch is needed to connect the base station to the cloud platform.

Q:What are the customized options, such as adding a company logo or changing the color?

We provide tags without logos for you to affix your own. Other colors can be customized, but there is a minimum order quantity.
