AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier provides 3D software design, ODM, and broad customization services, including customization from designs and samples. Its stated production facilities include laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, and powder coating equipment. ISO9001:2015 and SEDEX certifications are reported, and written procedures exist for supplier service assessment and corrective actions. However, the supplier reports no new products in the past year, has only one R&D engineer, no quality-control test equipment, no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, and no overseas service countries. Financial information is inconsistent and includes zero values for several reported indicators, so financial credibility cannot be positively established. No Fortune 500 cooperation or popular-brand OEM experience is reported.

Supplier typeThe supplier operates as a manufacturer/service provider with stated 3D software design, ODM, and manufacturing capabilities. Its listed facilities cover metal-processing and finishing operations, indicating an industrial production profile rather than a purely trading-based model.

CertificationsThe supplier reports an ISO9001:2015 management-system certificate and SEDEX social-responsibility certification. These are explicit certifications relevant to quality management and social responsibility, although no additional certification details are provided.

Production capacityThe supplier lists laser pipe and plate cutting machines, bending and punch presses, a welding robot, and a powder-coating line, supporting multiple metal-fabrication processes. Nevertheless, it reports zero quality-control test equipment and finished products are checked by packing staff, so production capacity is evidenced but inspection capability appears limited.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports flexible, minor, and full customization, including customization from customer designs and samples. It also provides 3D software design services and ODM, demonstrating a broad stated customization scope.
