Q:How should the machine be placed? Can the built~in fan be adjusted?

Place the machine vertically on a flat, stable floor. The built~in fan has 3 adjustable speed levels; it can be turned on or off independently to help distribute the essential oil evenly and prevent oil oxidation.

Q:When does the machine need cleaning? How to clean it?

Cleaning is required in two cases: 1,when switching to a different essential oil, or 2, when the mist output becomes noticeably weaker. Cleaning steps: remove the atomizing head and unscrew the bottle; fill a bottle with an appropriate amount of alcohol, install it, and let it atomize for 5~10 minutes to remove odors; dry thoroughly before reinstalling.
