What is the delivery time for samples and mass production?

It takes 1-2 weeks to open new molds and make free samples. Mass production takes 3-4 weeks after receiving the deposit and confirming the order.

What are the payment terms?

For the first order: 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before loading. For future orders: 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.

Do you supply standard or customized products?
