If a new mold is needed, the mold fee will be refunded to customers when the order quantity reaches a certain amount.

What is the warranty period for windows and doors?

We provide a 10-year warranty for our windows and doors products.

What are the delivery times for samples and mass production?

It takes 1-2 weeks to open new molds and make free samples. Mass production takes 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit and order confirmation.

Do you supply standard or customized products?

Both are available. We have our own designed series and also supply customized products for end customers, developers, and builders.

What are the payment terms?

For the first order, we usually use 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before loading. For future orders, 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.
