Our sodium carbonate production lines adopt two mature mainstream processes ammonia soda process Solvay process and combined soda process Hous process. We can customize the whole plant scheme according to your local raw material resources environmental policies and factory layout.

Yes. We supply complete turnkey solutions including process design, core equipment manufacturing, installation guidance, on-site commissioning, worker training and long-term after-sales service. The whole set covers carbonation towers, rotary calcining kilns, filtration units, ammonia recycling systems and finished product packaging lines.

For ammonia-soda plants: salt, limestone and ammonia. For combined-soda plants: industrial salt, ammonia and carbon dioxide from synthetic ammonia equipment. The combined process can co-produce ammonium chloride fertilizer while making soda ash, with higher salt utilization rate and less waste discharge.

Our new generation soda ash plant is equipped with centralized PLC automatic control system. Key links like carbonation, calcination, ammonia recovery and material conveying realize automatic monitoring, which greatly reduces manual operation and stabilizes product quality of light soda ash & dense soda ash.
