The whole set covers carbonation towers, rotary calcining kilns, filtration units, ammonia recycling systems, and finished product packaging lines.

For ammonia-soda plants: salt, limestone, and ammonia. For combined-soda plants: industrial salt, ammonia, and carbon dioxide from synthetic ammonia equipment. The combined process can co-produce ammonium chloride fertilizer while making soda ash, with higher salt utilization rate and less waste discharge.

Our new generation soda ash plant is equipped with a centralized PLC automatic control system. Key links like carbonation, calcination, ammonia recovery, and material conveying realize automatic monitoring, which greatly reduces manual operation and stabilizes product quality of light soda ash and dense soda ash.
