A: The system should be selected based on the required nitrogen flow rate, purity or residual oxygen content, outlet pressure, daily operating hours and actual application. Local voltage, altitude, temperature and humidity should also be provided.
Q:Q2. How does a PSA Nitrogen Generator separate nitrogen from air?
A:
A: Compressed air passes through adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieves. The molecular sieves preferentially adsorb oxygen, moisture and other impurities, while nitrogen passes through as the product gas.
Q:Q3. What nitrogen purity is available?
A:
A: Nitrogen purity can be configured from 99.99% to 99.999%. Higher purity generally requires more compressed air and may reduce the available nitrogen output, so the system should be designed according to the actual application.
Q:Q4. What nitrogen capacity can be supplied?
A:
