A:Yes. This is a cryogenic air separation plant designed to produce liquid oxygen. It is different from a PSA oxygen generator, which normally supplies gaseous oxygen.

A:The standard oxygen purity can reach about 99.6% O2. The final specification should be confirmed according to the project requirements.
Q:Q3. How do I choose the right plant capacity?
A:
A:Capacity should be selected according to your daily liquid oxygen demand, operating hours, storage requirement and future demand. We recommend sizing the plant based on actual oxygen consumption rather than simply choosing a larger model.
Q:Q4. Can the plant also produce nitrogen?
A:
A: Yes, nitrogen can be recovered as a co-product depending on the process design. If you need both liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, the system should be designed as an O2/N2 co-production plant from the beginning.
Q:Q5. Can an oxygen-only plant be upgraded later to produce liquid nitrogen?
A:
A: Not always. Adding another product may require changes to the distillation system, refrigeration balance and other equipment. It is better to confirm the required products before final engineering design.
