A: The tank can be designed and manufactured to Chinese pressure vessel standards (GB) or international standards such as ASME and PED. The final standard is confirmed according to project requirements.

A:
A: The customer should prepare the foundation, lifting area, transport access, grounding system, and safety clearances. We can provide foundation drawings and installation documents.
Q:Q3. How are cryogenic storage tanks transported?
A:
A: Transportation depends on tank dimensions, weight, and destination. Small tanks, including 5 m3, 10 m3, and 20 m3 models, can generally be shipped in containers, while larger tanks are transported by breakbulk vessel.
Q:Q4. Can the tank be used immediately after delivery?
A:
A: No. It must first be positioned and connected to the piping system. The valves, instruments, and safety devices must then be checked. Purging, pre-cooling, and filling can begin only after confirming the vacuum condition and leak tightness.
Q:Q5. What routine maintenance is required?
A:
A: Regularly check the pressure, liquid level, valves, piping, and safety devices for abnormal frosting, pressure increases, or leakage. Safety valves and pressure gauges should be inspected or calibrated according to local regulations.
