A: The equipment is suitable for agricultural biogas, livestock farm biogas, food waste treatment, wastewater treatment plants, industrial organic wastewater and landfill gas recovery projects. The upgraded biomethane can be used for CNG, LNG, city gas grid injection, power generation and industrial fuel supply.
Q:Q3: What Biomethane Purity Can the Equipment Achieve?

A: The CH4 purity of the product gas can normally reach 95%-99%. The actual purity depends on the raw gas composition, number of membrane separation stages, required methane recovery rate and final application.

A: We mainly provide PB Series hollow-fiber membrane biogas purification systems. Single-stage or multi-stage membrane separation can be configured according to the required product purity and methane recovery rate. Other purification technologies can also be customized upon request.
Q:Q5: What Impurities Can the System Remove from Raw Biogas?
A:
A: Through pretreatment, desulfurization, dehydration, filtration and membrane separation, the system can remove H2S, moisture, dust, oil mist, CO2 and other trace impurities. Additional treatment units can be provided for siloxanes and other special contaminants based on the gas analysis report.
