A: Compressed air passes through adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieves. The molecular sieves preferentially adsorb oxygen, moisture and other impurities, while nitrogen passes through as the product gas.

A: Nitrogen purity can be configured from 99.99% to 99.999%. Higher purity generally requires more compressed air and may reduce the available nitrogen output, so the system should be designed according to the actual application.
