Q:What is your warranty?

We provide a 12-month warranty for all main equipment. The seller guarantees quality of the machines (excluding wearing parts) for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish under our technician's guidance, but not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the factory.

Q:Do you provide spare parts?

We have two casting factories that specialize in producing wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment is not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
