AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a Ningbo-based limited trading company operating in the automotive electrical parts sector, offering alternators, starter motors, permanent magnets, and related components. It reports 10 production lines and stated annual output of 10,000 permanent magnets, 200,000 starter motors, and 200,000 alternators, with exports to multiple global regions. The supplier demonstrates product development, ODM, and OEM capabilities, including new products in the past year and service to well-known brands. However, its service procedures lack documented records, and it reports no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, or offline trade-show participation. Financial information is present only as year labels without substantive performance evidence. Audit details identify BV, with a report valid from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027, but the stated evaluation result of 0 is not sufficiently explained.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written procedures for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaints, but no supporting records are available. It also reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or overseas service country, limiting verified international after-sales infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports having launched new products during the past year and offering ODM services, which supports active product development. It does not provide an available SDK, so its software or development-interface capability is limited in the stated evidence.

Production capacityThe supplier reports operating 10 production lines and annual output of 10,000 permanent magnets, 200,000 starter motors, and 200,000 alternators. It exports to regions including North America, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa, and accepts several delivery terms; however, the peak-season lead-time entry is internally unclear.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides ODM services and OEM services for well-known brands, while its product scope covers multiple alternator, starter-motor, permanent-magnet, and component categories. This directly supports its ability to undertake customized or customer-specific product work.
