Q:What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 100pcs for models with white box package and 1000pcs/model with free color box package. We can accept 100-200pcs quantity for some items on your trial order.

Q:How can I get samples?

We are glad to send clients free samples for evaluation, but a little sample charge applies for printed logos. Samples charge can be reimbursed when the order reaches a certain quantity. Samples will arrive at your address in around 5 days.

Q:What is your payment terms?

For small orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance paid before shipment. For normal orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance paid against copy of B/L.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Normally our delivery time is 30 days after deposit confirmed. Some of our items have around 15 or 45 days lead time.

Q:Do you accept OEM&ODM order?

For OEM, we are able to do silk-screen or laser logo on items and produce your custom design box. For ODM, we are capable to open molds for new items. Each year we open new molds for 2-5 new projects.
