Our MOQ is 500pcs model with white box or color box package. We can accept 100-200pcs quantity for some items on your trial order.

Q:How can I get samples?

We're glad to send clients free samples for your evaluation, but a little sample charge for your logo printed. Samples charge can reimburse when order is up to certain quantity. Samples will arrive your address in around 5 days.

Q:What is your payment terms?

a, For small orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance paid before shipment. b, For normal orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance paid against copy of B/L.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Normally our delivery time is 30 days after deposit confirmed. Some of our items are with around 15 or 45 days lead time.

Q:Do you accept OEM&ODM order?

a.OEM, we're able to do OEM silk-screen or laser logo on items and produce your custom design box. b.ODM, we're capable to open molds for new items. Each year we open new molds for 2-5 new projects.
